At Quantum Light Healthcare, we are acutely aware that when you come to us either as a Naturopathic patient or an Emerald Laser client, there may be sensitive topics involved with your story and in your care.

We strive to make sure that your experience with us is supportive, comfortable, empowering and hopefully makes you feel great about yourself and our practice.

Before we even decided to bring the Emerald Laser into the practice and focus more on weight loss (and all the other amazing benefits), we agreed to make our number one priority to put patient's comfort both physically and mentally / emotionally at the forefront of our approach.

Weight and body image can be one of the most sensitive and painful areas of life for so many people. We take this very seriously and also personally, the two people who own the practice are both overweight and have struggled with hormonal, physical and weight problems for years. We both understand exactly how complicated weight and the endocrine implications of weight gain and loss can be. Despite what so many people would have you believe, it is almost never a simple calories in vs. calories out equation.

Nothing offered in our practice is ever mandatory, we will offer to measure you before and after laser treatments, we will offer before and after photos, but if either of these are not something that make you feel comfortable, we completely understand and have no judgement around you saying you don't want that. We welcome and ask for your communication around what make you feel comfortable so that we can best serve you as an individual human being.
